Description

For the professional butcher or cook, Jero offers the Pro Series TR. This line features both blade and handle strength and durability, as well as extreme grip traction from the rubber like polymer handle. Ergonomically designed handle provides control and comfort, while the German stainless steel blade provides long edge life.

  • High-Carbon German Stainless Steel Blade
  • Molded On Solid Core Handle With Santoprene Outer Layer
  • Commercial Grade Construction
  • Made In Portugal
  • Lifetime Warranty

The Pro Series TR line was designed for commercial use and abuse. From the blade to the handle, each part of the TR was carefully planned to achieve a goal, and provide not only control and comfort, but also durability. The German stainless steel blade provides a long-lasting edge, with exceptional cutting power, and excellent corrosion resistance. The handle is structurally strong due to a hard inner polymer injected directly over the blade and tang. A thick outer layer of Santoprene rubber like material provides a secure grip in every condition.

Jero knives feature a lifetime warranty on the material and workmanship of the knives.

Hand washing is recommended, though TR lines are dishwasher safe.

2 problems with this knife July 24, 2019
Reviewer: Catherine Martin from verdun, QC Canada
sharp, thick blade and stiff but the top of the knife  is cutting, the guard fill not the bottom of the blade completely too, good for home using but really not for a butcher job,1st time in 20 years i cut my self with the back of the blade in just only  1 day.  Dont put too much pressure on the top of the blade with your finger ,you'll cutting yourself. For the price and for normal use at home, its ok but thats it
